Visual Lead - The Mall at Millenia

The Visual Lead at ALO is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective visual merchandising. This role involves close collaboration with the Visual Manager and Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate, and provide feedback to the team, ensuring optimal store operations.

Key responsibilities include managing operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates. The Visual Lead maintains strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restocking, and implementing visual merchandising changes in line with company directives. Additionally, this role involves planning visual floor changes, executing visual directions, and utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent decision-making skills. The role requires high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun and work. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, along with alignment with ALO's guiding principles.

Compensation includes a base pay ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
