Visual Lead - The Gate at Manhasset

The Visual Lead at ALO's The Gate at Manhasset location is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective visual merchandising. This role involves close collaboration with the Visual Manager to implement and maintain visual standards that align with ALO's brand identity and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities include managing the execution of operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates. The Visual Lead ensures strategic product presentation by maintaining product recovery, restocking, and making visual merchandising changes in accordance with company directives. Additionally, this role involves planning visual floor changes, executing visual directions within budget and timelines, and utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun and work are essential. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required, along with alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires full-time availability, including variable shifts, peak days, weekends, and the company's blackout period from Thanksgiving through early January.
