Key responsibilities include managing operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates. The Visual Lead ensures strategic product presentation by maintaining product recovery, restocking, and implementing visual merchandising changes in line with company directives. Additionally, the role involves planning visual floor changes, executing visual direction, and utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent decision-making skills. The role requires high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun and work. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, along with alignment with ALO's guiding principles.
