The Visual Lead at ALO's Ste Catherine Street location in Montreal is responsible for driving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective visual merchandising. This role involves close collaboration with the Visual Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with ALO's brand standards and enhances the customer experience.
Key responsibilities include managing the execution of operational functions such as shipment processing, receiving, sales floor recovery, and inventory replenishment. The Visual Lead maintains strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restocking, and implementing visual merchandising changes in partnership with the Visual Manager. Additionally, this role involves planning visual floor changes, executing visual directives, and utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels.
The ideal candidate possesses over two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. They should value feedback, exhibit high energy and enthusiasm, and have a strong desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to align with and embody ALO's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform various physical movements such as bending and climbing, and stand or move throughout the entire work shift.
