Visual Lead - One Loudoun
The Visual Lead role at ALO's One Loudoun location is focused on driving the visual merchandising vision within a dynamic retail team. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing floor sets, product placement, and in-store displays as directed by visual merchandising guidelines. The Visual Lead trains peers on visual standards, maintains stockroom organization, and supports inventory management. This individual is expected to act as an ambassador for the brand, providing coaching and feedback to drive consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
A qualified candidate will have previous retail merchandising or visual presentation experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, or the wellness industry. Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and leadership experience in a retail setting are essential. Effective communication and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
