Visual Lead - Market Street at Lynnfield
The Visual Lead at Alo Yoga's Market Street location in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, plays a pivotal role in enhancing store sales and profitability through effective visual merchandising. This position involves close collaboration with the Visual Manager and Operations & Visual Manager to implement and maintain visual standards that reflect Alo's brand identity and appeal to our clientele.
Key responsibilities include managing essential operational functions such as receiving and processing shipments, overseeing sales floor recovery, replenishing stock throughout the day, updating floor sets, and managing supplies. The Visual Lead ensures strategic product presentation by maintaining product recovery, restocking, and making visual merchandising changes in line with company directives, working closely with the Visual Manager to adapt to the store's evolving needs.
Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in a client-focused sales environment, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making abilities. A high energy level, enthusiasm, and the capacity to integrate fun into the work environment are essential. Self-motivation, a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are also required. Alignment with Alo's guiding principles is crucial.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $23, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, potentially increasing total compensation.
