Visual Lead - Kings Road
The Visual Lead at Alo Yoga's Kings Road location is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective visual merchandising. This role involves close collaboration with the Visual Manager and Operations & Visual Manager to support total store operations and ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.
Key responsibilities include managing the execution of operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates. The Visual Lead maintains strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restocking, and implementing visual merchandising changes in accordance with directives. Additionally, this role utilizes reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels, making necessary adjustments to drive sales.
Candidates should have prior experience in a client-centric sales environment and proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision-making skills. The role requires self-motivation, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and alignment with Alo's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or move for an entire shift. Proof of the right to live and work in the UK is also necessary.
The position offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of £39,027.
