Visual Lead - Georgetown

The Visual Lead at ALO is responsible for enhancing store sales and maximizing profitability through effective visual merchandising. This role involves close collaboration with the Visual Manager and Operations & Visual Manager to implement visual strategies that align with ALO's brand standards and objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and inventory replenishment. The Visual Lead ensures strategic product presentation by maintaining visual merchandising standards, planning floor changes, and utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. The role requires high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun and work, along with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
