Visual Lead - Brookfield Place

The Visual Lead at Alo Yoga's Brookfield Place location is responsible for driving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective visual merchandising. This role involves close collaboration with the Visual Manager and Operations & Visual Manager to ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with company standards and enhances the customer experience.

Key responsibilities include managing the execution of operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and inventory replenishment. The Visual Lead maintains strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restocking, and implementing visual merchandising changes in accordance with directives. Additionally, this role utilizes reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels, making necessary adjustments to optimize sales.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun and work are essential. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required, along with alignment with Alo Yoga's guiding principles.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
