Visual Lead - Brompton Road

The Visual Lead at ALO's Brompton Road location is responsible for driving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective visual merchandising. This role involves close collaboration with the Visual Manager and Operations & Visual Manager to implement visual strategies that align with the company's mission of promoting mindful movement and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include managing operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and inventory replenishment. The Visual Lead ensures strategic product presentation by maintaining visual merchandising standards, planning floor changes, and utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent decision-making skills. They should be receptive to feedback, self-motivated, and possess strong interpersonal and written communication abilities. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shifts. Proof of the right to live and work in the UK is mandatory.
