Visual Lead - Beverly Hills
ALO is seeking a Visual Lead for its Beverly Hills location to oversee and enhance the store's visual merchandising. This role is integral to maintaining the brand's aesthetic and ensuring an engaging shopping environment that reflects ALO's commitment to mindful movement and high-quality activewear.
The Visual Lead will be responsible for implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards, executing floor sets, and managing in-store displays. They will collaborate closely with the store management team to plan and execute visual strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Additionally, the Visual Lead will train and guide team members on visual merchandising best practices.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field, preferably within the retail industry. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools is preferred.
