Vice President, Sales Strategy
The Vice President of Sales Strategy at Xometry will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive multi-year sales strategy, aligning with corporate objectives to drive significant revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer and the Sales Leadership Team to establish a strategic framework that ensures a competitive advantage and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include designing and owning the sales strategy roadmap, conducting in-depth market and competitive analyses, optimizing sales performance through process improvements, and fostering cross-functional alignment with departments such as Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations. The role also encompasses developing sales enablement programs, implementing technology solutions to enhance productivity, and establishing robust KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, with an MBA being highly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or management consulting within a sales context is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing scalable sales strategies that drive revenue growth, strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, exceptional communication abilities, and experience leading high-performing teams.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $171,000 to $222,000 annually, with additional commission opportunities.
