Vice President, Sales, Key Accounts
Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts, to lead and expand relationships with high-value clients. This role involves developing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction within key accounts. The position is based in Chicago, IL, and offers a hybrid work environment.
The Vice President will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic account plans for clients with annual spends exceeding $250 million. Key duties include establishing executive-level relationships, identifying opportunities to expand Xometry's presence, and leading a team of key account managers. The role also involves recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years in enterprise sales or key account management, including at least 5 years in a sales leadership role, is required. Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
