The Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts at Xometry is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive significant revenue growth within a portfolio of high-value key accounts. This role involves leading a dedicated team focused on building and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue potential within these critical accounts.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic account plans for key accounts with an average annual spend of $250 million or more, focusing on long-term growth and partnership. The role requires establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand Xometry's footprint within these strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing team of key account managers. Additionally, the Vice President will develop and manage sales forecasts and targets, monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to drive significant revenue growth and maximize customer lifetime value.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred. They should possess over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management, including at least 5 years in sales leadership roles managing teams focused on high-value accounts. A proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth within key accounts, strong understanding of complex sales cycles and strategic account management methodologies, and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is highly desirable.

Xometry offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $171,000 to $222,000 annually, plus commission.
