Vice President of Sales, Supplier Services
The Vice President of Supplier Services Sales at Xometry will lead the North American Supplier Services Sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer. This role focuses on transforming the sales organization into a high-performing team that drives top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, and managing existing accounts. The position requires a leader capable of balancing hands-on execution with strategic vision to achieve sales growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include ensuring monthly sales objectives are met or exceeded, performing account planning and forecasting, and establishing an optimal sales channel structure. The role also involves training and mentoring sales leaders and account executives, implementing a land-and-expand sales strategy, negotiating business relationships and contracts, and collaborating with Sales Operations to develop and report on key performance metrics.
Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in technology or marketplace sales management, with a proven track record of consistent sales success. A bachelor's degree is required, along with experience managing teams of at least 50 people. The role demands strategic sales experience across multiple offerings, the ability to build and execute strategic plans for sales team growth, and demonstrated success in building strong senior-level customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities are essential.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $171,000 to $222,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
