The Vice President of Supplier Services Sales at Xometry will lead the North American Supplier Services Sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer. This role focuses on transforming the sales organization into a high-performing team that drives top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, and existing account management. The position requires a leader capable of hands-on execution and strategic vision to enhance Xometry's digital marketplace, which connects innovators with manufacturers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring monthly sales objectives are met or exceeded, performing account planning and forecasting, and establishing an optimal sales channel structure utilizing SDRs, account executives, and key accounts. The role also involves training and mentoring sales leaders and account executives, implementing a land-and-expand sales strategy, negotiating business relationships and contracts, and collaborating with Sales Operations to develop and report on key performance metrics.

Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in technology or marketplace sales management with a proven track record of sales success. A bachelor's degree is required, along with experience managing teams of at least 50 members. Strategic sales experience across multiple offerings and target personas, the ability to build and execute strategic plans for sales growth, and demonstrated success in building strong customer relationships are essential. Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities are also required.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $171,000 to $222,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
