The Vice President of Supplier Services Sales at Xometry will lead the North American Supplier Services Sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer. This role focuses on transforming the sales organization into a high-performing team that drives top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, and existing account management. The position requires a leader capable of both hands-on execution and strategic vision to propel the company's growth.

Key responsibilities include ensuring monthly sales objectives are met or exceeded, performing account planning and forecasting, and establishing an optimal sales channel structure utilizing Sales Development Representatives, account executives, and key accounts to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves training, mentoring, and coaching sales leaders and account executives to become top-tier professionals, implementing a land-and-expand sales strategy for customer acquisition, and negotiating business relationships and contracts. Collaboration with Sales Operations to develop and report on key performance metrics is essential.

Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in technology or marketplace sales management with a proven track record of consistent overachievement. A bachelor's degree is required, along with experience managing teams of at least 50 individuals. Strategic sales experience across multiple offerings and target personas, the ability to build strategic plans for sales team growth, and demonstrated success in building senior-level customer relationships are crucial. Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities are also necessary. The role requires up to 30% travel within the continental US and Canada.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $171,000 to $222,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
