Value Insights Manager
Gong is seeking a Value Insights Manager to join its team in Dublin. This role is pivotal in demonstrating Gong's value to its largest and most strategic customers, directly influencing customer growth, retention, and satisfaction. The position is hybrid-based, requiring three days in the office and two days remote each week.
The Value Insights Manager will collaborate closely with go-to-market teams to lead in-depth discovery sessions, thoroughly understanding customer objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for value creation. They will partner with account teams and customer stakeholders to frame and solve complex business challenges using data-driven insights, enhancing customer ROI throughout their journey with Gong. Additionally, the role involves developing detailed, quantitative business cases and ROI models that clearly demonstrate Gong's measurable impact on customer outcomes.
Candidates should have 10-12+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, business architecture, or related fields. They must demonstrate success in creating data-driven insights within B2B sales environments and possess proven experience in designing financial models, ROI analyses, and value-driven narratives. An extensive understanding of B2B sales processes, sales methodologies, pipeline management, and sales operations is essential. A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Operations, Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
