UXUI Designer

Hyphen Connect is seeking a UXUI Designer to join their team, focusing on designing and developing user interfaces and frontend components for their projects. The company is a high-performance data indexing and visualization platform that leverages superior dataset organization methodologies and GPU acceleration to provide unmatched query speed and intuitive visualization at an efficient cost.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design process from concept development to final implementation of digital products. Key responsibilities include conducting user research to inform design decisions, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, designing intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with product managers and development teams, conducting usability testing, and mentoring junior designers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field and at least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in the Web3 or FinTech industries. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with experience in prototyping tools like InVision or Framer. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, strong visual design skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential. Additionally, a good understanding of front-end development technologies and strong communication skills are important for this role.
