Utah Remote Licensed Therapist, 1099 Contractor

Heidrick & Struggles is seeking a Remote Licensed Therapist based in Utah to join their multidisciplinary team as a 1099 contractor. This role involves providing virtual mental health services to clients, contributing to the company's mission of delivering high-quality, accessible care.

The therapist will conduct teletherapy sessions, including initial intakes and follow-up appointments, using a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical notes, updating availability calendars, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Candidates must hold an active, independent clinical license in Utah, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, and have a minimum of three years' experience providing psychotherapy. Proficiency in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, or ACT is required, along with strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth technology.

Compensation ranges from $80 to $85 per teletherapy session, with rates determined based on factors like licensure type, experience, and specializations. Session lengths are 60 minutes for intakes and 45 minutes for follow-ups, with concurrent note-taking included in the session rate.
