Key responsibilities include owning the B2B Employers product roadmap, prioritizing features that accelerate sales cycles, improve implementation efficiency, and maximize member adoption. The role involves conducting in-depth market analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities within the employer ecosystem. Additionally, the manager will define clear product requirements for core B2B solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years focused on B2B, enterprise, or health tech products. A proven track record of launching successful products in regulated industries, particularly within the health plan or payer market, is essential. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business problems into clear product roadmaps are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary to influence and align stakeholders effectively.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time position is $140,400 to $224,250, depending on location and experience.
