Staff Product Manager, Personalization
Heidrick & Struggles is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Personalization, to lead the development of personalized product experiences tailored to diverse audience segments. This role is integral to enhancing user engagement and supporting the company's global expansion efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are culturally and functionally optimized for various markets.
Key responsibilities include defining and owning the personalization strategy for key geographic and demographic segments, managing the Localization (L10N) and Internationalization (I18N) platforms to support global readiness, and collaborating with design research to prioritize consumer expansion into new locales. The role also involves implementing and optimizing language preference logic, driving translation quality assurance processes, and leading feature prioritization for new locales and specialized segments.
The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in product management, with a minimum of two years focused on consumer applications. A proven track record of launching successful products that scale globally and address diverse user segments is essential. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience launching personalized content experiences for children, a deep understanding of L10N/I18N platforms and workflows, and hands-on experience managing products focused on content delivery in multiple languages. Experience in the digital health, wellness, or consumer subscription sectors, along with a passion for mindfulness and mental health, is advantageous.
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time position is $140,400 to $224,250, plus equity and benefits. Compensation is determined by factors such as location, relevant experience, and job-related skills.
