US/Asia Transfer Associate, Client Service (Mandarin Speaker), 2026
AlphaSights is seeking a bilingual Client Service Associate fluent in Mandarin to join our US/Asia Transfer Program. This unique opportunity begins with approximately six months in our New York office, where you'll receive comprehensive training and professional development. Following this period, you'll permanently relocate to our Hong Kong office to apply your skills and contribute to our growing team.
In this role, you'll act as the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they require. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include recruiting experts by engaging in phone conversations under tight deadlines, understanding project contexts and market environments, and managing all aspects of client-expert communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
We are looking for candidates with strong academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above), notable extracurricular achievements, and relevant internship experience. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential. Applicants must have work authorization in the relevant office locations; we will consider candidates with STEM/OPT eligibility.
The compensation package includes a first-year total ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, comprising an annual base salary of $75,000 and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance. Benefits encompass 17 vacation days, 10 public holidays, a winter holiday business closure, competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) match of 4% of your total compensation matched dollar-for-dollar. Our prime midtown office offers state-of-the-art amenities, with the option to work from home each Friday.
