AlphaSights is seeking an Associate for its Client Service team in Dubai, focusing on Arabic-speaking clients. This role involves connecting clients with expert knowledge to inform their decision-making processes. As an Associate, you will work on multiple projects for top-tier organizations, facilitating access to specialized insights.

Key responsibilities include recruiting experts by identifying and engaging with individuals who match client project requirements, often under tight deadlines. You will need to understand the project context, market dynamics, and relevant legal and regulatory environments. Managing client-expert communications and meticulously scheduling interactions to ensure seamless collaboration are also essential aspects of the role.

Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above. Noteworthy extracurricular achievements and relevant internship experience are highly valued. Fluency in English at a C2 level and full professional or conversational proficiency in Arabic are required.

The compensation package includes a total first-year compensation ranging from AED 255,000 (average performance) to AED 293,000 (very strong performance), consisting of an annual base salary of AED 200,000 and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance. Additional benefits include 25 vacation days, comprehensive private health and dental insurance, one round-trip flight ticket home per annum, and the option to work from home each Friday.
