AlphaSights is seeking a Procurement Associate to join our London office starting in September 2026. This entry-level position reports to a Procurement Category Manager and is part of our global Procurement & Finance function. The role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business to manage tail spend across all procurement categories and support strategic projects.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to ensure optimal purchasing and supplier management, analyzing supplier quotations to propose cost optimization strategies, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring suppliers meet necessary conditions such as Know Your Supplier and Data Security requirements, implementing contracts, and performing administrative tasks related to procurement systems and supplier records.

Candidates should possess excellent planning and organizational skills, adaptability to evolving organizational needs, strong verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets, and a keen eye for detail. Hands-on experience from a structured internship or placement in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Analytics is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree obtained by the role start date and proficiency in English are required.

The position offers a total first-year compensation of £34,000, a 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings, comprehensive private health and dental insurance, 25 vacation days, 8 bank holidays, business closure over the Christmas break, and the option to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. The role is based in a state-of-the-art office with amenities in the City of London.
