Trial Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Trial Attorney to join our General Liability Litigation team in our Downtown Atlanta office. As a leading personal injury law firm, we are committed to representing plaintiffs in complex cases, including sexual assault and wrongful death incidents. The Trial Attorney will manage a caseload of litigation cases, overseeing all aspects from inception through trial. Responsibilities include drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. The attorney will guide clients through the legal process, interact with expert witnesses—including conducting conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits—and prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Candidates must possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases, exhibit excellent client service and communication skills, and be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential for success in this role.
