Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its rapidly expanding team in Sacramento, California. As a key member of our plaintiff's personal injury practice, the attorney will manage a substantial caseload, guiding clients through both pre-litigation and litigation phases, including trial preparation and courtroom proceedings. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dedicated team committed to advocating for clients' rights and achieving favorable outcomes.

The attorney will be responsible for handling a high volume of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents. Daily tasks include drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and legal memoranda. The role also involves interacting with expert witnesses, preparing expert reports and affidavits, and representing clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the California Bar Association. A minimum of five years of personal injury experience is required, with civil jury trial experience preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of cases, exhibit excellent client service and communication skills, and be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
