Trial Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its rapidly expanding team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, the attorney will manage a substantial and complex caseload encompassing both pre-litigation and litigation phases. Responsibilities include drafting and filing litigation documents, guiding clients through the legal process, collaborating with expert witnesses, and representing clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, be an active member in good standing with the California Bar Association, and have a minimum of five years of personal injury experience. Civil jury trial experience is preferred. Strong client service, communication, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential.
