Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our rapidly expanding Cincinnati office. In this role, you will manage a substantial and complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial. Responsibilities include drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law. You will guide clients through the case process, interact with expert witnesses, and prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and is an active member in good standing with the Ohio State Bar Association. A minimum of three years of experience in personal injury or premises liability is required. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of cases, possess excellent client service and communication skills, and exhibit superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and uncapped ongoing commission fees and bonuses.
