Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves managing a diverse and complex caseload, representing plaintiffs in cases such as slip and fall incidents, security negligence, wrongful death, and dog bite/animal attacks. The attorney will be part of a dedicated team committed to advocating for consumer rights and delivering justice to clients.

The Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling both pre-litigation and litigation cases on a daily basis. Key duties include drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. The attorney will guide clients through the case process, interact with expert witnesses—including conducting conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits—and prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Candidates must possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. A minimum of three years of personal injury experience is required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases, demonstrate excellent client service and communication skills, be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals, and exhibit superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
