Additionally, the role involves reviewing marketing collateral, drafting promotion rules, and building strong partnerships with Marketing and Sales teams to address brand protection queries and escalate matters as needed.
Candidates should have 6 to 9 years of experience as a trademark and brand protection paralegal, with a proven track record in preparing USPTO trademark filings, including initial filings, responses to office actions, letters of protest, and oppositions at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Experience in managing trademark docketing for large companies, familiarity with the Madrid Protocol, and understanding trademark search strategies are highly preferred. Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Compumark Watch, Saegis, IPFolio, Asana, and Figma is advantageous. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in high-paced, high-ownership environments with limited legal guidance and have a keen interest in developing a strong knowledge base of Everpure's products and services.
