Regulatory Compliance Manager, Supply Chain
Pure Storage is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager for its Supply Chain team in Santa Clara, California. This role is pivotal in developing and leading a global regulatory framework that ensures the company's supply chain operations adhere to international laws and standards. The position involves close collaboration with Legal, ESG, and Global Operations teams to transform compliance into a competitive advantage, promoting sustainable growth and ethical sourcing practices.
The primary responsibilities include designing and managing a comprehensive supply chain compliance program that integrates global regulations into daily operations, ensuring full adherence to transparency and forced labor standards. The manager will conduct risk assessments and implement control systems to identify and mitigate potential liabilities within the contract manufacturing and supplier network, safeguarding the brand from operational disruptions. Additionally, the role involves translating complex regulatory changes into actionable business strategies, serving as the main subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, and driving cross-functional maturity in ESG and due diligence by partnering with Supply Chain and Legal teams to develop robust policies and metrics for annual reporting and ethical sourcing audits.
Candidates should possess deep expertise in global supply chain regulatory frameworks, including a sophisticated understanding of forced labor laws, trade compliance, human rights due diligence, and environmental social impact requirements. A proven track record in building and scaling compliance programs within a fast-paced hardware or manufacturing environment is essential. Strong strategic communication and policy-writing skills are required, with the ability to distill intricate legal requirements into clear, accessible guidance for diverse global teams and external partners. Analytical proficiency in using data visualization and reporting tools to track compliance trends and drive data-informed risk mitigation strategies is also necessary.
The annual base salary range for this position is $153,999 to $230,000 USD.
