The Total Rewards Analyst (EMEA) at KnowBe4 is a pivotal role based in Cape Town, South Africa, focusing on managing benefits and compensation programs across the EMEA region. Key responsibilities include overseeing the benefits renewal process, administering benefits enrollment for new hires, and ensuring compliance with local benefits regulations across EMEA jurisdictions. The role also involves supporting compensation processes such as market adjustments, merit increases, and annual bonuses, as well as providing coaching to managers on compensation-related matters. Additionally, the analyst will coordinate salary survey participation and manage the AwardCo recognition platform for the region.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, Benefits, or Compensation administration, preferably with exposure to multi-country or EMEA programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday, are essential. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment are also required.
