Tier 1 Support Agent
As a Tier-1 Support Agent at LVT, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our products and services. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing preliminary diagnoses following established procedures. You will also perform video analytic configurations on IP cameras, escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary, and document all actions taken in our ServiceNow system to ensure comprehensive records.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer service, such as in a call center, restaurant, or retail environment. A typing speed of 50+ words per minute is required, along with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Attention to detail, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and effective communication in a professional setting are essential.
