Technology Transactions Lawyer
Axiom is seeking a Technology Transactions Lawyer to join our team, providing legal support to one of the world's largest technology companies. This role focuses on negotiating technology and services contracts with public sector customers, including federal, state, local, and educational entities. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely, supporting cloud services and public sector accreditation matters such as FedRAMP and CJIS.
Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology and services contracts with public sector clients, as well as partner and reseller agreements. The lawyer will assist in developing terms and templates and support work related to cloud services and public sector accreditations. Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams is essential.
Candidates should have experience in technology transactions and/or product counseling, with a strong knowledge of negotiating technology or services contracts with public sector customers. Experience working with public sector clients, including federal, state, local, and educational entities, is required. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing in the state of residence are necessary.
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $166,000 to $240,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
