Technical Recruiter
As a key member of our experienced recruitment team, you will play a central role in attracting and hiring exceptional technology and infrastructure talent to support the firm’s growth. You will partner closely with software engineering, infrastructure, and business leaders to shape hiring strategies that align with our talent needs while ensuring a high-quality, consistent candidate experience.
Your core responsibilities include working with technology and infrastructure leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies across software engineering, data, infrastructure, and business operations. You will leverage data and market insights to optimize sourcing approaches, improve funnel performance, and support informed hiring decisions. Proactively sourcing and engaging top technical talent through various channels, including technical communities, professional networks, social platforms, employee referrals, and agency partners, is essential. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong pipelines across engineering, infrastructure (systems, networks, SRE), data engineering, and technical operations roles. Conducting initial screenings to assess technical capability, experience, and cultural fit, as well as driving an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback throughout the full recruitment process, are key aspects of the role. Supporting hiring teams in coordinating technical assessments, interviews, scheduling, and structured feedback loops, and staying up to date on technology and infrastructure trends, as well as market dynamics that may influence hiring needs and sourcing strategies, are also part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technology, infrastructure, quantitative trading, or financial services. A proven ability to hire for specialized and highly competitive technical roles is essential. Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage talent across engineering, infrastructure, and technical operations are required. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills are necessary. Knowledge of technical and infrastructure recruiting practices, including familiarity with software development, systems engineering, networks, cloud, and SRE, is also important.
