Legal Counsel

IMC is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide commercial legal support across various departments, including Trading, Technology, Compliance, Finance, Corporate, and Tax. This role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements related to trading activities for broker-dealers and non-registered entities, as well as technology, exchange, platform, software, corporate, and general business agreements.
