Technical Project Manager (Perp DEX)

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the high-performance Solana ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of decentralized exchange solutions, ensuring seamless execution and integration within the DEX space.

The Technical Project Manager will coordinate and oversee all stages of project management, from initiation to closure, within the Solana ecosystem. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with strategic objectives, identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies, effectively communicating project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders, and implementing best practices and tools for project management and tracking within the decentralized exchange landscape.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in project management within the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) industry is required, along with a strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and decentralized exchanges. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders are essential. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
