As a Technical Account Manager at LiveView Technologies (LVT), you will serve as the primary technical liaison for some of our largest clients, ensuring their success and fostering long-term partnerships. This role is integral to our Client Success team, focusing on delivering optimal experiences and facilitating client growth. LVT is a leader in intelligent site technology, providing AI-driven solutions that enhance safety and operational efficiency.

In this position, you will be responsible for configuring software settings to meet client requirements, setting up and adjusting analytics on various IP camera models, and diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues related to hardware, software, and IP camera analytics. Additionally, you will consult with Client Success Managers and clients to tailor device configurations and video analytic calibration settings that align with client objectives and needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing Technical Account Manager role, with expertise in troubleshooting across software, IP cameras, electrical systems, or networks. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. The ability to identify root causes of issues and drive scalable solutions is also critical. Experience in leading resolution for complex client concerns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer self-sufficiency is highly valued.
