The Core Support Technician serves as the primary point of contact for customer support at KnowBe4, a leading provider of security awareness training and simulated phishing platforms. This role is integral to the customer support team, focusing on resolving a wide range of product-related issues and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and product effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the implementation and configuration of KnowBe4 products tailored to specific customer needs, collaborating with the Product team by providing customer feedback for product enhancement, and managing the ticketing queue to ensure timely resolution of reports and requests. The technician will also conduct technical walkthroughs and webinars of KnowBe4's products, and answer incoming calls to address customer questions and resolve product-related issues.

Candidates should have familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT security field, with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar or related position. A two-year degree is preferred. Proficiency in Portuguese is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role demands strong organizational and time management skills, technical troubleshooting and analysis abilities, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
