Hyphen Connect Limited is seeking a Tech Lead/CTO to spearhead the development of a decentralized exchange (DEX) operating within the high-performance Solana ecosystem. This role involves leading protocol and backend engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge trading infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing engineering teams, setting technical standards, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Key duties include architecting and implementing trading infrastructure using Rust, developing core exchange components such as margin systems and liquidation mechanisms, and conducting code audits to optimize performance and reliability.

Applicants must have expertise in Rust with a proven track record of delivering high-performance, production-grade systems. A deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance tuning is essential. Familiarity with order book mechanics, perpetual futures, or derivatives market structures is required. Experience with Solana or similar high-performance blockchains and a solid grasp of on-chain execution models are also necessary.
