Team Lead, Business Intelligence

Harbor is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead – Business Intelligence to join our Financial Systems consulting team. This role combines people leadership with hands-on delivery, managing a team of BI Developers while actively contributing to client-facing engagements. The Team Lead will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights for our law firm clients. This is a full-time, fully remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
