Technical Consultant - Legal Technology
Harbor is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Australian team within the Enterprise Solutions practice group. This role focuses on ensuring successful client engagements and consistent client satisfaction through production issue resolution and continual improvement tasks. The Technical Consultant will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals across multiple time zones to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include performing updates for the Elite 3E platform, providing technical consulting across various platforms, and assisting with support tasks. The consultant will offer application guidance to clients, analyze and resolve complex application and data integrity issues, document processes, prepare test cases, and perform quality assurance testing on application enhancements. Staying current with application releases and providing mentorship to junior team members are also essential aspects of the role.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in legal technology or professional services products and services. Experience in customer-facing roles is required, with preferred experience in platforms such as Elite 3E, Intapp, iManage, Aderant, and NetDocuments. Knowledge of SQL, Windows Operating System, and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and flexibility to adapt to change are essential.
