Xometry is seeking a highly organized and strategic Talent Management Program Manager to drive the development and execution of global talent strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between talent management design and global implementation within a high-growth technology environment.

The Talent Management Program Manager will lead the creation and evolution of company-wide job architecture, including leveling, competencies, and career pathing to support a growing global workforce. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of critical programs such as performance reviews, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement strategies. Additionally, the role involves integrating the company's mission, vision, and values into the employee journey, from performance competencies to recognition and exit insights.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in human resources with a strong emphasis on program and project management. Experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Generalist is highly preferred. A proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional HR projects in a high-growth technology environment is essential. Technical fluency with HRIS and employee survey platforms, such as Workday, ADP, and CultureAmp, along with advanced analytical skills, is required. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities are also necessary. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000 annually, plus a bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
