Talent Development Manager
The Talent Development Manager at Point Digital Finance, Inc. will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's learning and development initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with the People team to design and implement engaging learning experiences, including company onboarding, leadership development programs, and enterprise training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional facilitator with strong presentation skills, dedicated to fostering employee growth and alignment within the organization.
Key responsibilities include owning and evolving the company onboarding experience to ensure new hires gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, culture, and operational practices. The role also involves facilitating various learning experiences such as onboarding sessions, enterprise training, and leadership development workshops. Additionally, the manager will iterate on existing training programs, enhance content and delivery based on feedback, support the development of managerial capabilities through leadership programs, and coordinate company-wide forums like All Hands meetings. Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and partnering cross-functionally to align training initiatives with the company's evolving needs are also essential aspects of the role.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related fields. Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills are required, with the ability to engage both small and large groups effectively. Experience in designing and delivering management training programs, strong communication and storytelling abilities, and a background in fast-paced or scaling organizations are highly desirable. Proficiency in program management and the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously are also important qualifications.
