Vice President, Legal

Point Digital Finance, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Legal to lead our legal department and provide strategic guidance on all legal matters. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's legal strategy and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In this role, you will oversee all legal operations, including contract negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. You will collaborate closely with other departments to provide legal support for business initiatives and ensure that company policies align with legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of 10 years of legal experience, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of corporate and regulatory law are essential.
