The Talent Analytics Specialist at Wellhub plays a pivotal role within the People team, focusing on managing full-cycle recruitment processes for non-technical roles. This position is integral to Wellhub's mission of revolutionizing workplace wellness by connecting employees worldwide to top-tier partners in fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep. Operating remotely within Brazil, the specialist collaborates closely with hiring managers to attract and retain exceptional talent, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for both technical and non-technical positions up to G7 level. The specialist partners with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies and evaluation criteria, ensuring a seamless calibration through kickoff meetings. Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines is essential, as is driving a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback. Analyzing recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and proposing improvements to enhance the Talent Acquisition function's efficiency are also critical components of the role.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, with proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced environments such as startups or global companies. Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau are required to build reports and analyze funnel metrics. A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, with a track record of using AI tools to optimize daily Talent Acquisition tasks, is highly desirable. The role demands an analytical mindset capable of leveraging market intelligence and talent insights to inform data-backed hiring decisions. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse, and fluency in English are mandatory.
