Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wellhub, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level. This position is integral to our People team in Brazil, contributing to our mission of revolutionizing workplace wellness by connecting employees worldwide to top-tier fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep partners.
Your primary responsibilities will include partnering closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies and evaluation criteria. You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines, ensuring high-quality hires that align with business needs. Maintaining transparent communication and providing timely feedback will be essential in driving a positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, along with proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced environments. Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau are required. A high familiarity and interest in Artificial Intelligence, with a track record of using AI tools to optimize daily talent acquisition tasks, is also essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, as collaboration with global teams and stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.
