Talent Acquisition Senior Manager (Anglais et Français courants requis)
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager at Wellhub, you will lead the European recruitment strategy, developing a high-impact team to support our international expansion. This role is pivotal in translating business priorities into workforce plans and talent strategies, ensuring the successful hiring of teams that will drive our growth in new markets.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and developing the European Talent Acquisition team, overseeing full-cycle strategic recruitments, and collaborating with company leaders to define headcount plans and recruitment strategies. You will also implement scalable recruitment processes, ensure compliance with European and local labor laws, and promote diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 10 years in team management, preferably in high-growth tech environments or international organizations. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with fluency in both English and French.
