The Talent Acquisition Manager at Wellhub will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce by leading recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical positions. This position is integral to the People team, focusing on building a diverse and talented team that aligns with Wellhub's mission to revolutionize workplace wellness. Wellhub, headquartered in New York City with team members across 11 countries, offers a platform connecting employees worldwide to top-tier partners in fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep through a unified subscription.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a high-performing recruitment team, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, and developing innovative sourcing strategies to enhance candidate quality and diversity. The Talent Acquisition Manager will act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and People Operations, refining role requirements and aligning hiring strategies with business needs. Additionally, the role involves leveraging recruitment metrics to optimize processes, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, managing Applicant Tracking System workflows, and ensuring the company's Employee Value Proposition is authentically reflected in all recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of market trends, industry standards, and competitors' hiring practices. Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse, and proficiency in tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics are essential. The role requires advanced English language skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting within Brazil.
